The boys then welcome highly decorated Canadian Olympian, author and philanthropist, Silken Laumann to the show. Silken is very candid about her time as an Olympic athlete and her struggle to overcome a serious leg injury just prior to the 1992 Summer Games. However, the conversation becomes significantly more impactful when both Silken and Donnie open up about their personal battles with mental health.
